The 6-Month Journey
Over six months together, you'll build something most parents never have: a custom-made solution kit designed for your unique child, your family and your real life.
Understanding Your Own Patterns
Before we can change our kids' behavior, we need to see our own. Month one is about awareness. Recognizing the triggers, reactions, and inherited patterns that SHAPE how you parent so you can CHANGE how you parent.
01
Decoding Your Child & Rebuilding Communication
You’ll learn what your child is really asking for beneath their challenging behavior while rebuilding connection in a home that may currently feel tense or fraught. We teach specific tools to stop butting heads and start getting back on the same team as your kid. This work sets the foundation for everything that comes after!
02
Setting Limits That actually WORK With strong willed kids
Month three shows you why limit-setting has felt so impossible, and exactly how to do it differently. You’ll learn a clear framework for leading strong, sensitive children without force, threats, or power struggles – so your child can accept boundaries without losing themselves (or you losing your mind).
03
Tackling daily flashpoints
This is where we'll directly rewrite the moments that used to blow up your day: bedtime, siblings, chores, and more. You’ll learn how to approach these flashpoints in ways that reduce conflict, increase cooperation, and promote growth instead of reliving the same old struggles day in and day out.
04
Strong willed kid sticking points
This month focuses on the deeper challenges many families face alongside strong will – anxiety, screen addiction, emotional regulation, and advocating for your child in medical, academic, or social settings. You’ll learn how to support your child without over-accommodating, and how to stand beside them without losing yourself.
05
Building an awesome family system that lasts
In the final month, you’ll focus on integration: building routines, rhythms, and family structures that work for these kids AND for the other members of the family. You’ll learn how to balance everyone’s needs, create systems that don’t rely on perfection, and build habits that allow this work to continue long after the program ends.
